Please arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup, mascara, and oils. Avoid caffeine immediately before your appointment if possible, as it can make it more difficult to relax. You'll be lying comfortably with your eyes closed throughout the service, so wearing comfortable clothing is always recommended.

• Full Sets: 2–3 hours
• Maintenance Appointments: 1.5–3 hours
• Lash Bath: Approximately 15 minutes
• Lash Removal: Approximately 30–45 minutes

Your natural lashes continuously grow and shed, so regular maintenance is recommended every 2–4 weeks to keep your lashes looking beautifully full. Individual retention varies depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.

When professionally applied and properly maintained, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. At Elunéa, every set is customised to suit your natural lashes, ensuring their health remains the priority.

Every appointment begins with a personalised consultation. Together we'll discuss your desired look, eye shape, lifestyle, and natural lashes to create a bespoke set that's uniquely yours.

Mascara isn't recommended, particularly on Volume or Hybrid lashes. If you feel your lashes need refreshing, booking a maintenance appointment is always the best option.

For the best retention:

• Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.

• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.

• Don't rub or pull at your extensions.

• Brush your lashes gently each morning with a clean spoolie. (Provided after the service)

• Sleep on your back where possible.

If your lashes have less than 40% retention or it's been longer than four weeks since your previous appointment, your appointment may need to be upgraded to a new full set. This ensures the finished result remains beautiful, balanced, and long-lasting.

Patch tests are recommended for clients with sensitive eyes, allergies, or those who have never had lash extensions before. If you're unsure, please reach out before booking and I'd be happy to help determine what's best for you.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. This allows your appointment to be offered to another client and helps keep availability open for everyone.
