Booking Policies
Deposits
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and I completely understand.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours' notice wherever possible. This allows your appointment to be offered to another client.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may reduce the time available for your appointment. If there isn't enough time to complete your service to the Elunéa standard, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

✨ Avoid caffeine immediately before your appointment where possible, as it can make it more difficult to relax.
✨ Please arrive on time to ensure we have the full appointment available for your service.
